2011 Grassroots Wedding Fair Winner

Congratulations to Sarah L. who was the winner of our draw at the Grassroots Wedding Fair in Vancouver, B.C. Sarah has won 200 wedding invitations for her wedding on September 10th!

It was a rainy day for the Grassroots Wedding Fair, however that did not stop green-minded brides and grooms from meeting with local and eco-friendly wedding vendors.

Some of the vendors include our favourite videographer, Avinhouse. Amoda Flowers who specializes in organic, local, and fair trade flowers. Kiss My Flash, a local eco-friendly photography team that has a unique storytelling style, and Spark Jewellery who lovingly makes jewellery out of 100% recycled silver.

Thank you to everyone who came by our booth. If you missed us and are interested in our wedding invitations, fill out our request form and we will send you a sample in the mail!

Real Green Wedding – Tina & Sandro

Tina & Sandro were married on December 31st, 2010 at the Ancaster Old Mill.  The Old Mill has been at the centre of more than 200 years of local history in Ancaster.  The current mill was built in 1863, but was converted to a Restaurant in 1979.

The old mill provided a beautiful setting for this New Year’s Eve wedding.  Dinner consisted of seasonal food, such as Squash Soup and seasonal vegetables, and the dessert included organic ice cream.

We also did their Save the Dates, Invitations, and RSVP cards, all of which were environmentally friendly.

Congratulations Tina & Sandro!

Check out their New Year’s Eve themed wedding invitation!
